WA Department of Justice Work & Development Program

Provided by the WA Department of Justice.

The Work and Development Permit (WDP) Scheme is an initiative provided by the Department of Justice.

WDP Program helps people who are experiencing difficulty paying court fines due to hardship. 

HD Streetwise has partnered with the Department of Justice as a sponsor.

WA Department of Justice Work & Development Program

The Work and Development Permit Scheme is providing a lifeline to West Australians facing hardship and struggling with unpaid court fines.  The success of the scheme has inspired 118 sponsors at 230 locations around the State to sign up.   The Scheme is delivered by the Department of Justice in partnership with Legal Aid WA and the Aboriginal Legal Service of WA Ltd.
